The Bayou City Classic 10K is Houston's premier and oldest 10k race and walk! It has been a Houston tradition for more than 40 years and attracts more than 1,000 runners. The event also offers the Bayou City Classic 5k Fun Run & Walk.
100% of the proceeds from the Bayou City Classic- a non-profit event organized by the Houston Area Road Runners Association is donated to the Houston Parks & Recreation Department.
