Race Information
You'll make your distance by running 20K loops through the rolling Dundas Valley Conservation Area. This route takes you over bridges, along farmers' fields, on groomed trail as well as single track as you spot wildlife and streams along the way. You will not be disappointed when you reach the finish line as the elevation gain is about 1500ft per loop. This race has a rich history as the oldest 100 Mile race in Canada (since 1993).
