The Mad Marathon and Mad Half courses have been designed to enhance the rural and unique setting of the Mad River Valley and highlight the exceptional Vermont farmlands. Winding through 26.2 miles of brilliant landscapes with panoramic views of the Green Mountains, the runners will be mesmerized by their surroundings and fascinated by the working homesteads, vast acres of summer corn, barnyard animals, curious cows, and majestic horses.
