The My Sole Knows 5K Run/Walk features a tranquil run through the neighborhood city of District Heights. The road course starts and ends on the track of the city's municipal field. All participants will receive a medal and t-shirt. All proceeds support supplemental programming for families receiving mental/behavioral services.
