The Rainbow Trail Run consists of a 12K loop (approximate). Join Gotta Run Racing for a loop (or more!) around the beautiful Earl Rowe Provincial Park! Check out their registration page for more details. The course is mostly double-wide, some grass, some dirt, and bridge crossings over Earl Rowe Lake. It's a relatively flat course with one short climb up to the Lookout (photo opp for sure!). Awesome course for those new to trail running!
