The Rainbow Trail Run consists of a 12K loop (approximate) around Earl Rowe Provincial Park. It's mostly double-wide, some grass, some dirt, and bridge crossings over Earl Rowe Lake. It's a relatively flat course with one short climb up to the Lookout (photo opp for sure!). Awesome course for those new to trail running!

Looking to qualify for Boston? The Toronto Marathon is a fast point to point Boston qualifier happening May 5, 2024.
The Marathon course is quick, downhill, and scenic. Starting at Yonge and Sheppard in North York and finishing at Exhibition Place, you'll run through many of the city’s great neighbourhoods.
This run also features a popular half marathon (also with a downhill course), 10k run, and 5k run/walk.
