Paint Enid Pink is a 5K color fun run/walk to raise awareness and money for Project 31, a local Oklahoma-based agency.
Project31 was created to help women who find themselves struggling through emotional and spiritual issues resulting from breast cancer - through peer-to-peer relationships, mentoring, support groups, activities, events, counseling scholarships, and more.
Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
- Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.
- Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
- Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.
