Race Information

Macedon Trail Run is the 2nd in the Trailsplus Mountain Trail Series. It offers incredibly beautiful scenic mountain trails with challenging ascents and descents. Mount Macedon is one of the highest peaks in the range and you can enjoy magnificent views from the Mount Macedon Memorial Cross and the Camels Hump viewing platforms. The start and finish are located at the BBQ area next to the carpark at the top of the mountain. This is an ideal place for families to enjoy a picnic lunch while waiting for their competitor to finish, and to linger afterwards to encourage other finishers and for the presentations.
