Race Information
Running since 1992, Brisbane Marathon Festival is one of Australia's oldest and most popular running events, attracting runners from across the country and beyond. The 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon start from the Brisbane City Botanical Bardens on Alice Street. The marathon course is IAAF-AIMS certified and is accepted as a Boston Marathon qualifier.
Besides with the races, the festival includes a three-day Expo, which attracts more than 10,000 participants, family, friends and sporting enthusiasts.
