The Irrational SOUTH (Southern Oz Ultimate Trails & Hills) is held at the scenic Flinders Ranges would be it, a region shaped over millions of years and full of stories of riches and heartache, homesteads and ruins, droughts and loss, booms and bust.
The Irrational South 100 & 200 Miler course weaves through an excellent trail network passing through mining towns, creeks, shearing sheds, homesteads, mountain tops, and historical ruins. The race finishes in Quron, a historic town and an erstwhile railway capital of Australia.
