The Cuchara Snowshoe Races is an exciting winter running adventure that takes place in the beautiful Cuchara Valley of southern Colorado. The races are open to runners of all abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes, and offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the beautiful snow-covered landscape while staying active and healthy during the winter months.
The races take place on single-track trails to more challenging backcountry routes, and cover distances ranging from 10k to 50k. The courses are designed to challenge runners while still allowing them to enjoy the beauty of the Cuchara Valley. The Cuchara Snowshoe Races are not just about competition, they’re also about community.
