The FLOW Heart of Gold 5k Race is a fundraiser for first responders in the FLOW region of Bergen County, New Jersey. Hosted by local Oakland residents, the aim is to support the heroes of these towns by splitting all profits evenly between the Fire, Police, and EMS departments of all three towns (Wyckoff, Oakland, Franklin Lakes). Along with these essential first responder agencies, proceeds will also go to supporting the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Shelter.
