Head for the Cure San Antonio is a family-friendly 5k race that helps raise awareness and funding to inspire hope for the community of brain cancer patients, their families, friends, caregivers, and other supporters, while celebrating their courage, spirit, and energy.

This event is open to all sorts of participants: from walkers to competitive runners. Many people also join to honor someone affected by cancer.
