Participating in the Falafel 5K will motivate you to get out into the beautiful spring weather and stay healthy and active. You can run our course complete with prizes for winners OR choose your own course for the Virtual 5K. Proceeds from the Falafel 5K support the JCC's many programs and lifelong learning opportunities.
