The Iowa Hope Run is Iowa’s largest brain tumor awareness event. Held annually each May, the race brings communities together to honor loved ones, support survivors, and stand with families impacted by brain tumors. Whether you walk, run, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, every participant plays a role in raising awareness and supporting organizations that make a real difference. This is more than a race β€” it’s a day of remembrance, resilience, and hope.
