Race Information
The Hood to Coast Relay, the "Mother of All Relays" is a 199 mile relay event. It began in 1982 with 8 teams, and has filled the team cap for 28 straight years (on opening day of registration for 21 years straight)! Every year over 12,000 people race from the base of Mt. Hood to the beaches at Seaside through a picturesque course showcasing every landscape Oregon has to offer. Filled with smelly vans, star lit roads, crazy costumes, and beach party fireworks, the Hood to Coast relay is a truly unique and unforgettable experience!
