Race Information

The Hood to Coast Relay, the "Mother of All Relays," is a 199 mile relay event. It began in 1982 with 8 teams, and has filled the team cap for 28 straight years (on opening day of registration for 21 years straight)! Every year over 12,000 people race from the base of Mt. Hood to the beaches at Seaside through a picturesque course showcasing every landscape Oregon has to offer. Filled with smelly vans, starlit roads, crazy costumes, and beach party fireworks, the Hood to Coast relay is a truly unique and unforgettable experience!

Oregon Run Pick of the Month - Shamrock Run Fest

In March, join in the lively celebration of St. Patrick’s Day and the running community at the Shamrock Run Fest presented by Toyota!

Choose your perfect adventure from a variety of distances, including the Half Marathon, the classic 8K, or the speedy 5K. Bring the whole crew for the Stride Walk or let the kids shine in the Leprechaun Lap.

Each course offers a stunning tour of the city, from downtown streets to scenic waterfront paths, showcasing Portland's iconic bridges, skyline, and lush green spaces.

The energy doesn't stop at the finish line! Celebrate your achievement at the Irish-inspired festival with live music, craft beer, and a true St. Patrick’s Day party atmosphere.
