We started meeting in February 2017.
Tell us a bit about your members! What level of runners do you cater to?
Our unique training style offers a place where walkers, joggers, runners and everyone in between can benefit from the hour that we spend together. We incorporate running inspired activities, games and drills that meet women where they're at without expectations of performance or judgement.
Where/when does your club usually meet/run?
Occasional Sunday evenings from 6-7 pm out of Mi5 Fitness (16320 Kenrick Loop ~ Lakeville) and Thursday mornings from 6-7 am at Clandestine Strength and Conditioning (11975 Portland Avenue S., #116 ~ Burnsville).
Are your group runs mostly casual or more structured workouts?
Mostly structured workouts
Any cost to be a member/join?
First two meet runs are always free. Ongoing membership is $10 per month or $61 per year.

Any cool routes/favorite areas to run in your city that you would like to recommend to other runners? Why do you like those?
We love running along the river through MN Riverfront park. The fall season offers beautiful sunsets and gorgeous colors!
Anything else that we should know?
Running is not an exclusive club. If you can put one foot in front of the other, you can run and enjoy all the benefits of the sport. Kathrine Switzer says it best, "Life is for participating, not for spectating." Join us!
