Race Information

The Gnar Gnar is a fun and breathtaking race that will send you up to the top of Mt. Hood Skibowl and then right back down in a more direct way. You can expect all the muscles in your legs to be screaming at you, and a giant grin on your face the whole time. It is a very spectator and family-friendly event, so your fans can watch you going up and coming down the mountain. The whole course is 6 miles, with just over 1,900 feet of gain.

Run Pick of the Month - Astoria Run on the River

Get a unique locally made, stamped glass finisher medal on May 11, 2024.

Run on the River is Astoria's premier half marathon, 10k, and 5k. You can expect for take in beautiful views of the Columbia River on the fast, and flat course along the Astoria river walk.

Couple more things that we think make this run worth checking out; all finishers earn a hand blown glass medal from Fern Hill Glass Studio, and, the race finishes up at the Buoy Beer lager festival (craft beer and food carts!).
