Race Information

Remember the Alamo…Beer! 5k & 10k is Race 1 of 4 in the Alamo Beer Series Challenge.

The Alamo beer run series are a series of runs designed for runners and running groups that are training for the Half and Full Marathon Season (Rock 'n' Roll in particular). These milestone races are designed to keep you on track while enabling you to meet some other great and wild people on the same path.

After the run, not only can you enjoy knowing that you are getting closer to your goal of a great marathon season, but you also have the opportunity to unwind and revel in the moment with your friends, old and new.

The Alamo  run course has been designed to allow runners to also become spectators. The 10k runners run a 5k course that comes back and goes right through the 5k runners that are waiting to start. All runners will see the leaders of the 10k and can cheer them on as they pass through.
