I created this page to answer a few questions that you might have.

Who are you?

I'm Cory! One of the co-founders of RunGuides. RunGuides helps people find running races near them.  

Why are you sending me emails?

We're sending you an email because at some point while you were on RunGuides.com you opted in to recieve emails from us (most likely through a pop-up that appeared while you were looking for races) about runs that you might be interested in, and other running related things. 

What do you mean "other running related things?"

Great question! Every now and then we like to write articles about running, or build tools to help you run better. Here are a few of my favourite examples:

- A phone hotline built for runners

- The time we built Stravoid, the fake app to help you avoid runners

- Our running pace calculator that tells you if you can outrun dangerous animals

- Special coupons to give to runners as gifts when you have no idea what else to give them

- A bingo game to help make your day to day runs more exciting

- An in depth look at why I give out high fives on my runs
